Once you use all the basic essentials we start you off with, you are responsible to replenish as needed for your stay.

All of our apartments are usually fully occupied. If there is a gap between stays we offer virtual showings. We keep all of our photos and descriptions up to date for each apartment so you can know exactly what to expect for your stay.

 At our rental property, your safety and comfort are our top priority. We’ve taken extensive measures to ensure you feel secure throughout your stay. The property is equipped with both indoor and outdoor security cameras on the stairway to monitor entry and exit, offering an added layer of security. Keypad entry with unique access codes ensures that only authorized guests can enter, while motion-activated lighting around the property and having the porch lights on, every evening to enhance visibility and peace of mind, especially during evening hours.

Waterbury is a big city, and as you may have experienced cities are diverse and active. Having lived here myself as a young adult for two years, I’ve never experienced any issues, and guests have consistently expressed their satisfaction with the convenient environment. While occasional sounds like music may be heard at times, I strive to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and enjoyable stay. 

The surrounding neighborhood is has a family-friendly park just minutes away, where children often gather, and community sports are played. The neighborhood is also conveniently located near a variety of shopping and grocery stores, ensuring you have everything you need close by. 

Overall, while every neighborhood has its unique characteristics, I’ve never had any issues during my time living here or hosting guests. Your safety, comfort, and satisfaction are always my priorities

 -Background and credit check. $40 that the renter pays. If you pass then we will credit you $40 to put towards your initial payment.

-A copy of your traveler's assignment agreement with your name matching your photo ID.

-Full government name of everyone staying and their government issued ID’s.

-Your email address and mailing address.

Parking is free at the building.

Since most travel assignments are a 3 month duration, we recommend getting a PO Box that is only a few  minutes away from the property. From there you can easily forward mailing to your next address. Amazon packages can be delivered to the property. We have a locked package storage box and provide you with the code. We are not responsible for any missing packages or mail. 

 -Cleaning fee $100. We disinfect and clean after each stay. You will have fresh linens and replenished essentials to start your stay. This is due with your initial payment. You are still responsible to keep the apartment clean and in the same condition.

-Security deposit may vary depending on your term. Please let us know the dates you are staying so we can let you know the security deposit amount.

-$40 credit and background check that the tenant pays for.

-Your initial payment will be the first month’s rent, security deposit and cleaning fee.

-You will be subject to a $500 fine if you smoke in the apartment.

-You will be subject to a $1,000 fine if you have any gatherings, events or parties.

Yes.  

Please keep in mind that all Utilities are included (Wifi, heat, electric, gas). I always want to be transparent with all renters- If utilities go above $400 then there will be a charge of the difference in the rent payment. (This is just something a lot of renters forget and have the heat on with windows open etc. but just to be mindful is what we ask)

 Yes. prior to the lease signing we must have the information on everyone planning on staying. Any guest staying for more than 7 days needs prior approval. The rent is subject to an increase based on the amount of people staying, due to the increased utility use and wear and tear.
